My name is Shanti Rajan. I’m committed to help you to make positive changes to your life.

I am a full accredited member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) and a member of the New Zealand Association of Positive Psychology (NZAPP). I am an ACC-approved provider for sensitive claims.

I specialise in providing a wide range of effective therapeutic techniques for children and adolescents, adults and families.

Sleep deprivation may well affect outcomes of therapy. I will introduce relaxation techniques and mindfulness-techniques to you to enable you to gain better rest. These techniques have also been known to reduce anxiety, panic attacks and stress.

I will ensure a trustful, working relationship between you and me. We begin with an initial consultation where a personalized treatment plan is designed.

The duration of each therapy session will be 1 hour.

I do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ therapeutic approach. Therefore you’ll receive a tailored treatment to ensure that an effective positive outcome is achieved.
