Family therapy covers parent/child/adolescent related issues and these issues are generally resolved by exploring the family dynamics which also includes communication styles.
For most, maintaining positive relationships and even day to day conversations can sometimes be quite challenging. As a result, conflicting situations may arise causing emotional distress not only to the parties concerned but also to other family members at home.
