How do you deal with life changing events: illness, divorce, death, job loss, a new phase in life, pension, a goodbye in whatever form. It can be overwhelming when you have to deal with the loss of a loved one, your job or your health.
The circumstances itself you cannot change, but you can change how you deal with it. You do not always manage to process the loss and mourn by yourself. In that case, counselling can be a support.
